Questions
What is AI adoption?
Nate frames AI adoption as an organizational capability problem. In January 2026 he said the skills that keep employees using AI, such as knowing which work to hand to AI and checking its output, are management skills, so a company's AI training problem may really be a management development problem.
Can you provide some examples of AI strategies?
In April 2026 Nate named five places to build that better models can't replace: trust, context, distribution, taste and liability. His test for any strategy is one question: what do you own that still matters if AI gets 10 times better?
